"I'm having a fairly good experience using Outlook ® as my CRM, enhanced by a product from a Dutch firm called OpusFlow, which acts as an add-in to Outlook ®. It's quite fast.

I think it offers exactly the benefits we were looking for versus conventional Outlook ®:
1.  It associates email with clients, rather than leaving it "loose";
2.  It allows us to send personalized email in discrete pieces by mail merge;
3.  It creates a true database that can be archived and recovered, versus the .pst files."
